Sitting in the lobby waiting for Human Resources to call my name for the interview. A candidate and I are sitting on the couches.

Candidate: So what'd you do to prepare for this interview?

Me: You know, I researched the company, did a mock-interview with the co-op advisor, practiced out loud. What did you do?

Candidate: Oh well, I wore my lucky underwear.
